Adding arginfo to make Reflection work with MogileFs?

The current result array is one-dimensional and has a strange format. This will be changed to a multi-dimensional array.

Some parameters should be long instead of strings and in general the parameter parsing should be stricter

Some methods are not really well-named (e.g. "checker" or "monitorRound"). Also it is good to reflect the protocol as close as possible in some cases it is totally wrong.

Valgrind issues a few invalid reads. Those should be fixed
